Brand new without tags only because I took them off thinking it would fit me. it didn't. Tried on but never worn and hasn't been washed. Ironically there's no name brand and doesn't say what material it is. The arms look to be lace. Sz. L. Care instructions say machine wash cold, no bleaching, tumble dry low, light iron and no dry cleaning.
